Come take a tour (and use your imagination!)

Well, here it is, in all it's glory. XXXX Vicksburg Circle. You really kinda have to see it to understand that it has a great floor plan and lots of potential. There will be new carpet/flooring and paint throughout the entire house. Ceilings too. You shouldn't be able to recognize the kitchen once we're through with it. My favorite part of the house is the sunroom, which desperately needs new flooring too, but can't you see the girls playing away back there? And the backyard is a bit overgrown, but it is privacy fenced and plenty big and shady. That big built in is going away and the fireplace is being revamped too. We will have the inspection on Friday to see if there's anything major wrong, but otherwise we should close sometime in early to mid July. Then we'll do the renovations and move in sometime in August, hopefully. Keep your fingers crossed. Looks like I'm going to have to post this, and then do the dialogue for the tour in another post because I can't see the pics here, currently. Just remember we're getting this house for a REALLY good deal.
