A Day to Remember

Sydney Rebecca and Brenna Claire Peterson were baptized Sunday, March 4 at the 1st United Methodist Church in Altus, OK. Grandma and Grandpa Peterson were here visiting from Minnesota and Grandma and Grandpa Story and Aunt Tara came down from Wichita (via private plane, thank you Jim!) to share in the day too. Brenna slept through the whole thing and Sydney got doused with a little too much water and made her silent crying face, causing the whole sanctuary to chuckle through the rest of the baptism. The girls looked so sweet in their purple dresses (Auntie Laura, we know you'll be impressed) and we had a nice brunch at the Officer's Club on base afterward. Cory and I and the girls also joined the church after the baptism and we are excited to get more involved there than we already are. Enjoy the pictures in the post below.
