Kittens!

Cory took Boomer out for a walk about a week ago, and came home with 2 kittens, who crawled out of a drainage area and thought our big dopey Lab was their momma! Luckily, we found a loving home for them, although their new family happened to be heading out on vacation for 2 weeks. So we are sharing foster duties with the Rivards until they come home. Here are some pics for your viewing pleasure:

This is "Annabelle" (Syd & Brenna insisted that the kitties be named after their friends... who knows what their new family will call them!)

And this is Boomer, dutifully watching over his little charge as she stands in HIS bowl and eats HIS food.


And then Boomer decided the cat food (Jenna's, but we put some out for the kitties) smelled better than his. So they shared a bowl.


Not to be left out, is Jenna who did not care for the foster kitties at.all. This is actually an old pic, but captures her current mood pretty well.
