Road Trip!

The girls and I decided at the last minute to take a trip North and see our friends the Corleys in Kansas City. We had such a great time. First we went to Wichita and stayed a night with Auntie Tanya and Uncle Keith. 5 hours in the car a day is about as much as we can handle.

Syd, Brenna and Andrew enjoyed some sand table time and had a blast on Andrew's new swing set.


The next day, we hit the road again...

We went to a great little park by the Missouri River

This one cracks me up. Kate was not too sure about us yet, but Brenna was affectionate as always.

Then we scooted off to Gymboree classes.
Sydney went to art class with Isabella and Kate

And Brenna went to an activity class with Mark (Doesn't this look fun?)

After lunch and naps, we went to the beach, then John brought the boat around so we could go for a ride.

She really got into this.

This was a house on the lake. Sydney called it "the castle" which obviously wasn't far off the mark.

Forget this sightseeing. We need some horsepower!
