We took Sydney and Brenna to their first show this weekend. We went to Playhouse Disney Live in Wichita Falls, TX. The Schierberls, Summers, & Russells also met us there. We saw Mickey, Donald, Goofy & Minnie, Pooh, Tigger, Darby, Handy Manny and all the tools, and of course, the little Einsteins. Sydney was totally into it, and even Brenna really seemed to enjoy it. I couldn't stop giggling for the first 10 minutes because it was SOOOO Saturday-Night-Live-Skit-On-Crack and all the characters were flinging themselves around trying to be the MOST animated person on state. Hilarious. Here are some pics...
Brenna will be one in one week, so we turned her carseat forward facing for this trip. Just for those who will surely freak out about this, apparently in Texas and in Oklahoma, they could care less about rear & forward facing, and have no laws about it. So we went ahead and turned it. She seemed to really enjoy the change.

Brenna certainly seems to have appreciated being turned around! What a smile! What fun we had! They did do a good job of being animated didn't they :) I have a little video clip of Mickey and the gang in which you can hear Syd saying "look mama, look!".
We'll have to do this again!
